Become a founding member
RunYourBlock is in development, and we're building it with the first blocks that use it. Founding members get £19 a month + VAT, fixed for 2 years, and a direct line to Phil while it takes shape.
What founding members get
- £19 a month + VAT, fixed for 2 years from when your paid plan starts, whatever your block's size up to 30 flats (the standard price for 16–30 flats is £45).
- The free plan, as for everyone, until your block issues its first service-charge demand.
- Early access as features become ready, and a say in what gets built next.
- Direct email contact with Phil.
What joining doesn't mean
- Nothing to pay now, and no card details.
- No commitment: you can decide when RunYourBlock opens.
- No newsletter unless you ask for it, and confirm.
Prices exclude VAT. Founding places go to the first 50 blocks to join RunYourBlock once it opens, and we'll tell everyone on this list first.

Questions
We haven't taken over yet. Can we join?
Yes. Many founding members will be part-way through the right to manage or a handover. You won't pay until your block's first bill to leaseholders.
What if RunYourBlock isn't right for us?
Joining the list doesn't oblige you to anything, and once you're using it you can cancel at any time.
What happens after the founding period?
Your block moves to the standard price for its size. We'll tell you before it changes.
